These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Mentorea's web application, APIs, automations, and related software and services (collectively, the "Services") made available to individuals or entities who sign up directly through our websites (e.g., mentorea.app or mentorea.io) or product interfaces, as opposed to customers with custom agreements ("Self-Serve Customers," "Customer," "you"). Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"). If you have an executed order form, insertion order, or similar document with Mentorea ("Order Form"), it is incorporated by reference. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable Order Forms form the entire agreement between you and Mentorea (the "Agreement").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes are effective as of the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
